Well, we are currently enveloped in the cold, cold heart of January here in Michigan. However, I do love these times and try to use them wisely to read, write and pursue my creative interests, and this year I finally learned how to make goatmilk and honey soap. It’s such a great way use use whatever I can from last year’s bounty along with other clays and local herbs and oils. It feels like such a magical, ancestral process to me and I can’t wait to share them with you. It is a six week curing process, so its going to be a slow roll-out, but hopefully you will enjoy them as much as I do! I hope you are staying toasty and having a productive and relaxing winter season!

Introducing my new line of goatmilk and honey soap. I just started making these soaps last fall and they are so moisturizing with a wonderful smell and lather to them. All are made with natural ingredients and essential oils.
Goatmilk provides your skin with gentle exfoliation with lactic acid, and nourishes with fatty acids, and the honey helps as a natural antimicrobial. It can be a great help with eczema and our poor suffering winter skin.
I am slowly rolling them out and getting ready to set up my etsy shop,so for now they are only available in the Grand Rapids, MI area at Communitea Wellness and at Broadleaf Brewery -in the Lollygag vending machine! You can also contact me directly at ssnathey@gmail.com and I can mail them out using Venmo for payment.
